Lisa Gravel, MSOD is the Principal consultant and President of Better World Consulting Group, Inc..  As such, it is her intention to match clientele with exceptional associates and resources.  Lisa Gravel is an organizational development consultant and facilitator. She posesses over twenty years experience with organizational start up, management, Organizational Development and factilitation techniques that that engage people and create lasting change.   With services provided globally, Lisa Gravel partners with clients to assist in the identification of challenges and opportunities, coordination of associates through our exceptional resources toward the fulfillment of your desired outcomes.

In addition, Sonya has a background in communications, organization development, and change management, which adds a multidimensional approach to her leadership programs. This customizable approach includes leadership development from the perspective of the self, interpersonal, team, and organization. Sonya has helped her Fortune 500 clients create effective strategies to manage organizational change through mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, workforce reduction, and large-scale system implementations.

Sonya holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Magazine Journalism from California State University, Long Beach. She has also been trained as an instructor of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
