Sonya offers workshops and coaching programs designed to develop leadership capability from the inside out. She designed the programs based on her more than 20 years experience as a leader in a variety of companies and industries, including the high-paced fields of publishing, advertising, and entertainment.

In addition, Sonya has a background in communications, organization development, and change management, which adds a multidimensional approach to her leadership programs. This customizable approach includes leadership development from the perspective of the self, interpersonal, team, and organization. Sonya has helped her Fortune 500 clients create effective strategies to manage organizational change through mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, workforce reduction, and large-scale system implementations.

Sonya holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Magazine Journalism from California State University, Long Beach. She has also been trained as an instructor of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
